Competition Program
Survey
For the competition of the 38th Swiss Youth Film Festival were logged a total of 280 short films. Of these 47 contribution in the five categories for the main program were selected.
Category A
Productions of young people up to 16 years, which arise from individuals, groups of young people or accompanied by an adult (film initiatives , youth work, schools).
Category B
Individual or group productions, which young people up to 19 years realize independently or as part of the film workshop on «Fascht e Familie».
Category C
Productions of young people up to 19 years, arising from individuals, groups of young people or accompanied by an adult (film initiatives, youth work, schools).
Category D
Individual or group productions, the young people between 20 and 25 years have independently implemented alone or in teams outside of a school or training framework.
Category E
Productions of young people up to 30 years, attending a film school or another design college, regardless of whether the film was created in the school context or by the way .
#MoMo
«Mobile Movies» for young people up to 25 years, which max. take five minutes and were filmed with a mobile phone.
Note: The application deadline for the entry of mobile phone film competition was extended to March 14, 2014.
